Quartz glass crucibles for the Semiconductor Industry
Heraeus produce customized quartz glass crucibles from 18“ up to 36“ in diameter for our customers in the semiconductor industry. The crucibles can be used to pull monocrystalline silicon ingots with a diameter of
up to 450 mm.
The available sizes are 18“, 20“, 22“, 24“, 28“, 32“ and 36“. The crucibles can be equipped with natural and undoped or doped synthetic quartz glass inner layer.
